Frozen Seafood   

From the moment the seafood is harvested, we take great care to ensure that its inherent wholesome qualities are quickly preserved. Whether it is frozen on board one of our processing vessels or in one of our shore plants, the same urgency is put into freezing, grading, packing, and shipping your seafood.

Wild Pacific Salmon is NorQuest Seafood's principal product. We source wild salmon from an experienced fleet of owner-operated fishing vessels from Bristol Bay to Ketchikan and from the famous Copper River to the Alaska Peninsula. Troll-caught salmon are processed and packed in ice right on board the fishing boat. Gillnet and seine caught salmon are transported in specially designed refrigerated seawater vessels directly to our plants. Our experienced processing teams quickly prepare each delivery to make sure that our customers receive the highest quality seafood that they expect from NorQuest.

Halibut is another important part of our product mix. We offer a full line of  halibut and halibut fillets, both vacuum packed and IQF. Fillets are very popular among the many customers who have discovered this exceptionally healthy seafood product.

Additional frozen products such as dungeness crab, king crab, snow crab, black cod, roe herring, salmon roe, shrimp and the like, round out our line of excellent quality frozen seafood products.
